இன்று மலேசியாவில் பேருந்தில் பயணம் செய்த பொழுது நேர்ந்த அனுபவத்தை பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள விரும்பிகிறேன் ,,,,

மொத்தம் ஐந்து பெண்கள் மற்றும் சிலருடன் பேருந்து புறப்பட்டது ,,,, சிறிது நேரத்தில் ஆளுக்கொருவர் தங்களுடைய கைபேசியில் பேச ஆரம்பித்து விட்டனர் ,,, சிறிது நேரத்தில் ஒருவரை ஒருவர் பகடி செய்ய ஆரம்பித்தனர் ,,,,
நானும் எனக்கு தமிழ் தெரியாததை போல காட்டி கொண்டேன்,,, எப்படி என்றால் அவர்கள் என்னை பற்றி பேசும் பொழுது நான் திரும்பி பார்க்க வில்லை ,,,,
சிறிது நேரத்தில் ஒரு பெண் மற்ற்றொரு பெண்ணை பார்த்து ,,, நீ என்னைய இப்படியே சொல்லிட்டு இருந்த ,,, நீ உன் புருஷன் கூட படுத்தத எல்லாருக்கும் சொல்லிடுவேன்னு சத்தமாக கத்தினால் ,,,, அதற்கு மற்றொரு பெண் நீ மட்டும் எதுவுமே செய்யாத மாதிரி பேசுறே ,, நீ யோக்கியமா என்றாள்,,,,
இதை கேட்ட மற்ற பெண்கள் ,,, வகுப்புக்கு மட்டம் போட்டுட்டு நிம்மதியா ஊற சுத்தலாம்ன விடராளுன்களா இவளுங்க,,, இவங்க தொல்லை தாங்கவே முடியல ,,,,,அதுலயும் ஒரு பெண் ,,, தயவு செய்து நீங்க ரெண்டு பெரும் ஒருத்தர ஒருத்தர ,,,,,,,,,( அசிங்கமான ஒரு வார்த்தையை எளிதில் கூறிவிட்டு ) போதும் ,,, உங்க ,,,,,,,, ( மறுபடியும் அசிங்கமான ஒரு வார்த்தையை சொல்லிவிட்டு ) மூடுங்க என்று கூறினால் ,,, இதை கேட்ட உடன் வடிவேல் சொல்ற மாதிரி ,, நான் அப்படியே ஷாக் ஆகிட்டேன் ,,,

இதுல முக்கியமான விஷயம் என்னன்னா ,,, சண்டை போட்ட ரெண்டு பொண்ணுங்களும் ஏழாவது எட்டாவது தான் படிக்குமுங்க ,,,

How to change the fucking Indian Government?

I am asking myself many times to me and i never find any route for this and yet i didn’t find any solution because

As we all the idiots who were responsible for choosing this senseless Government ruling India. We dont have any rights to ask them now why they are drowning India deep into the sea and not giving any source to come up. Do they really know what they are doing!!!!

All the educated and non educated white colour peoples (as white colour is the dressing code for so called Indian politicians unofficially)wisely erasing our brains and make us live like deaf and dumb peoples ( sorry for using that deaf and dumb words).Very few coming up with open minded and standing against government and raising their words. But many of us including me sitting and watching it in TV,,, and we will discuss ourselves and our  tongue will make sound chu chu chu. I feel ashamed of myself why am not able to do anything,,, which makes me to stop,,why am not able to overcome it,,,anyway we all going down,,, atleast for our kids or  grandchild we have to do something,,,how we are living without any angry and emotion and  running of our life while they are ruining our lives ,,,,I request all the college students try to stand against corruption and illegal things because you guys having very big network

Apart from other activities include politics also in your favorite list, because usually as a student you guys don’t have much responsibility compare to working peoples, you guys having very good strength both physically and mentally,,, you have all the democracy to fight for your needs,, don’t think it’s not happened to you now,, or you are not victimized,, but you are also socially responsible because you are in that society.

Students please fight against or raise your voice against all the things which causes fever to the society,, eradicate it in the starting itself, Go watch movies, spend your time with friends, enjoy teasing others in a level, enjoy all your students life,, mean time don’t show your strength to weaker peoples, stand unite and teach a good lesson to the government and society which tries to dump us,,, please do talk with your parents,,,

In front of girls how much show we r showing, in that very little we must do it against our social issues,,,,only you guys can make the change,,,Believe yourself.

We all can speak only,,, we don’t have the guts to stand in the ground,,, like we blame our Indian athletes in Olympics,, but we have to think why we are not able to perform better anywhere most of the time,,,, how long we can sit and share like this in FACEBOOk,, and expects some likes and comments and acts like we are also having some thought and standing against social issues,,,we everyone having some internal fire against the social issues ,,,but we are not ready to show it in action,, but students you can,, you guys believe yourself and stand together to fight ,,,

Parents and Teachers, try to do this,,,

1. Encourage your child to know about politics as like sports.

2. Openly tell them which is correct which is bad

3. After certain age guide them how to take decisions how to do certain things,,, don’t teach them

4. Politics not there in subjects,,, but they have to face it once they grow,,, so guide them from childhood

5. Don’t panic your child about future and make them study study study,,,, guide them and encourage them what they really good,,,   make them understand the importance of knowledge and need of study.

6. Don’t compare your child with other child and don’t show partiality to your own kids.

7. Teachers they must come out of their box and work from their heart to guide the children

8. Schools must change,, it’s not the place to memorize the books and writing the answers for questions and doing home works,,   it’s the place, also to teach the students how to live in this society, how to deal with peoples, to give proper guidance for self identity.

Sorry guys if I hurt ant one,,, and I left so many things to write,, but students please discuss about politics and stand against that if it’s not good.

Monthly Salary : 12,000

Expense for Constitution per month:10,000

Office expenditure per month :14,000

Traveling concession (Rs. 8 per km) :48,000( eg..For a visit from kerala to Delhi & return: 6000 km) 

Daily DA TA during parliament meets:500/day

Charge for 1 class (A/C) in train: Free (For any number of times) 
(All over India ) 

Charge for Business Class in flights : Free for 40 trips / year (With wife or P.A.) 

Rent for MP hostel at Delhi : Free

Electricity costs at home : Free up to 50,000 units 

Local phone call charge : Free up to 1 ,70,000 calls.

TOTAL expense for a MP [having no qualification] per year :32,00,000 [i.e . 2.66 lakh/month]

This is how all our tax money is been swallowed and price hike on our regular commodities..........

Reading through some newspapers letters to the editor, I could see a lot of generally well meaning middle class folks protesting against the salary hikes the elected representatives gave themselves.MPs to get salary hike: Bill introduced

The Bill sought to increase slaries of MPs from Rs 12,000 to Rs 16,000 besides raising the daily allowance to Rs 1,000 from Rs 500, Dasmunsi saidYes many in middle class of India actually believe that todays politicians in India are all crooks and don't deserve to be paid a single naya paisa as salary not to mention the meager long overdue hike they gave themselves. But the current breed of politicians is the effect of low salaries we have in effect. It is well known IT industry in India has filched the best talent due to decent salaries it pays. Right now only the corrupt politician can survive the expenses of politicking and being out of office without a decentsalary package. Not to forget we get what we pay for.In my not so humble opinion they pay themselves ridiculously low salaries. Since the President of the republic is supposed to have highest salary in this whole hierarchy here is what I would propose as salaries (Tax-Free).Annual Salaries
1. President of India: 1 Crore(10Million Rupees)
2. MP( Member of Parliament): 50 L (5 Million Rupees)
3. MLA(Member of Legislative Assembly):24L (2.4 Million Rupees)
4. Municipal Corporaters(Metros): 12L (1.2 Million Rupees)
5. Municipal Corporaters(2nd rung towns): 6L (600,000 Rupees)
6. Municipal Corporaters(small towns): 3L (300,000 Rupees)
7. Village Panchayat Members: 1.5L (150,000 Rupees)Pension for next 5 years after they are no longer elected representatives:
1. MP( Member of Parliament): 25 L (2.5 Million Rupees)
2. MLA(Member of Legislative Assembly):12L (1.2 Million Rupees)
3. Municipal Corporaters(Metros): 6L (600,000 Rupees)
4. Municipal Corporaters(2nd rung towns): 3L (300,000 Rupees)
5. Municipal Corporaters(small towns): 2L (200,000 Rupees)
6. Village Panchayat Members: 1L (100,000 Rupees)An additional 25% performance bonus based on ratings provided by the electors in a representatives constituency might just provide sufficient incentive to perform on measurable parameters.
These kind of salaries might even induce politicians to shun small amounts of money as bribes.Apart from this state funding of elections can also go a long way in reducing corruption.
Proposed Funding for elections can be made available in the form of reimbursement of actual expenses of top 3 candidates to upper limit of:-
1. Parliament Elections: 50L(5Million Rupees)
2. State Legislatures: 15L (1.5 Million Rupees)
3. Municipal Elections(Metro): 5L ( 500,000 Rupees)
4. Municipal Election(2nd rung towns): 2L (200,000 Rupees)
5. Municipal Election(Small towns): 1L (100,000 Rupees)
6. Village Panchayat Elections: 25K (25000 Rupees)
and for next 2 candidates:-
1. Parliament Elections: 10L (1Million Rupees)
2. State Legislatures: 3L (300,000 Rupees)
3. Municipal Elections(Metro): 2L (200,000 Rupees)
4. Municipal Election(2nd rung towns): 50K(50000 Rupees)An environment where representatives focus on governance and don't have to worry about arranging funds for the next election and don't have to worry about living in penury(that would actually be the case if they were honest ) after they are out of elected office might actually result in students aspiring for a political career as a respectable and honourable career option.However bad our politicians are they are accountable to us even today, as opposed to the bureaucrats who while being relatively honest are generally slothful and inefficient and standing in the way our progress

ஒரு ஐந்து நட்சத்திர ஹோட்டலில் வேலை பார்த்த , விருதுகள் வென்ற செப் சமையல் கலை வல்லுநர் இவர் . சுவிட்சர்லாந்தில் ஒரு பெரிய ஹோட்டல் நிறுவனத்தில் வேலை கிடைத்தவுடன் அதை பெற்றோர்களிடம் சொல்லிவிட்டு போவதற்காக மதுரைக்கு வந்தவர் அங்கே ஒரு வயது முதிர்ந்த ஒரு கிழவர் மலத்தை உணவாக உண்ணும் அவலத்தை கண்டு பெரும் அதிர்ச்சிக்குள்ளாகி தனது வெளிநாட்டு வேலையை துறந்து மதுரையிலேயே தங்கி வீட்டில் சமைத்து அதை இது போன்ற மனிதர்களை தேடி சென்று உணவு கொடுக்க ஆரம்பிக்கிறார் . இது நடந்தது 2002 . இன்றும் இவரது சேவை தொடர்கிறது மதுரையை சுற்றி நூறு கிலோமீட்டர் பரப்பளவில் கண்ணில் படும் இதுபோன்ற மனிதர்களை தேடிபிடித்து உணவு தருகிறார் . இதற்காக இவர் தன்னுடைய வாழ்கையை முழுமையாக அர்பணித்துள்ளார் . இவரது அன்னை இவர் குறித்து கவலை பட்டு அழுதபோது , “ அம்மா ஒரு நாள் என்னோடு வாங்க . நான் என்ன செய்கிறேன் என்று பாருங்கள் அப்புறம் நீங்கள் சொல்வதை கேட்கிறேன் ” என்று சொல்லி அழைத்து போயிருக்கிறார் . இவரது சேவையை கண்டு மனம் உருகிய அந்த தாய் ” நீ இவர்களை பார்த்துக்கொள் ,நான் உள்ளவரை உன்னை பார்த்துகொள்கிறேன் ” என்று சொல்லிருக்கிறார் ..

நாம் இங்கே நம்மை ஏமாற்றும் திரை நட்சத்திரங்களை ஹீரோ என்று சொல்லி தலையில் வைத்து கொண்டாடுகிறோம் . பாலபிசேகம் வரை எண்ணற்ற பைத்தியகாரத்தனத்தை அந்த ஹீரோக்களுக்காக செய்கிறோம் . முதல் நாள் அவர்கள் படங்களை பார்க்க ஆயிரம் , இரண்டாயிரம் செலவழிக்க தயங்குவதில்லை . சரி கொடுகிரீர்கள் அந்த அளவுக்கு உரித்தான கலைபடைப்பையாவது அவர்கள் தருகிறார்களா ? அவர்கள் என்ன செய்தார்கள் . நானும் கொடை செய்கிறேன் என்று சொல்லி சிலவற்றை செய்து பத்திரிகைகளில் மறக்காமல் செய்தி கொடுக்கிறார்கள் . அவர்கள் இவரின் கால் தூசுக்கு கூட பொருந்த மாட்டார்கள் . இவர் தான் உண்மையான ஹீரோ . சாகசம் செய்வது சாதனை அல்ல .இல்லாதவர்க்கு தேடிசென்று ஈவதே சாதனை . எனக்கு இவர் தான் என்றென்றும் ஹீரோ . இவரை பார்க்கவும் , இவருடன் புகைப்படம் எடுத்துகொள்ளவும் , இவருடன் ஒரு நாள் இருந்து சிறு உதவியேனும் செய்யவும் , பொருள் உதவி செய்யவும் , இவரை பற்றி எழுதவும் பேசவும் பெரும் ஆவல் கொள்கிறேன் , பெரும் பெருமை கொள்கிறேன் எனது ஹீரோ ஒரு மகத்தானவன் என்பதில் .

நம் தலைவர்கள் சொகுசாய் குளிர் சாதன அறையில் தூங்கினால் தானே தொண்டர்கள்   நமக்கு கொசு கடிக்கும் இடத்தில் தூக்கம் வரும்,,,

நம் தலைவர்கள் கார்களில் சென்றால் தானே நமக்கு ஓட்டுவதற்கு மிதிவண்டியாவது கிடைக்கும் 

நம் தலைவர்கள் ஐந்து வருடங்களுக்கு ஒருமுறை நம்முடைய வீட்டிற்கே வருவார்கள் அல்லவா அது எவ்வளவு பெருமையான விஷயம் நமக்கு,,, 

நம் தலைவர்கள் கால்களில் விழுவதை விடவா சிறந்தது நம் பெற்றவர்களின் கால்களில் விழுவது ,,,, ச்சி எவ்வளவு கேவலமானது அல்ல 

நம் தலைவர்களுக்கு ஆயிரம் செருப்புகள் வேண்டும் நடப்பதற்கு விதவிதமாய் ,,அதுதானே செருப்பு இல்லாத நமக்கு பெருமை 

நம் தலைவர்களின் வாரிசுகள் அயல் நாட்டில் படித்தால் தானே நம் வாரிசுகள் ஆலமரத்தடியில் படிக்கும் 

நம் தலைவர்கள் கொட நாட்டில் ஓய்வெடுத்து சுகமாய் இருந்தால் தானே ,,நாம் கோடை வெய்யிலில் ஓய்வின்றி உழைக்க முடியும் 

நம் தலைவர்களின் வளர்ப்பு பிள்ளை திருமணத்திற்கு   நூறு கோடி ரூபாயில் செலவு செய்ததால் நமக்கு எவ்வளவு பெருமை,,,நம் பிள்ளைகளுக்கு திருமணம் என்பது கேள்வி குறியாக இருக்கும் போது,,,,

நாம் யாருக்கு ஒட்டு போடுவோம்,,, கொலை செய்யும் வீரமானவர்களுக்கு ,லஞ்சம் வாங்கும் நேர்மையனவர்களுக்கு ,கூடிய விரைவில் அவர்கள்
